近日，子公司潤邦海洋為澳大利亞TAMS集團建造的1座浮碼頭, 3套導管架和1套棧橋項目已圓滿交付并通過半潛船和重吊船運輸啟航至澳大利亞。項目的順利交付是潤邦海洋布局國際化戰(zhàn)略、深耕澳大利亞市場的里程碑，標志著潤邦海洋高端海洋工程裝備建造實力再次獲得海外客戶的高度認可。

      項目總重量約13,000噸，材料最高等級為1100Mpa, 其中460C等級材料近2,500噸，采用DNV和AS標準建造，按照100% NDT要求進行檢驗。自去年承接項目以來，潤邦海洋項目組全力以赴，建造過程中，項目團隊攻克了高強度等級材料焊接、抱環(huán)閉合試驗、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面積防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊裝試驗等難題。潤邦海洋充分發(fā)揮自身的技術優(yōu)勢，不斷地探索和創(chuàng)新，利用模塊車進行船臺搭載等新工藝，大幅縮短建造工期，降低作業(yè)風險，確保項目按計劃順利推進，最終提前近2個月高質量交付，高強度材料焊接UT合格率達到99.86%。
